AI Disclosure Statement

At HMA, we believe in transparency around the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in our learning environment. While AI plays a supportive role in enhancing the learning experience, all core educational content remains authored by human expertise.

Where We Use AI

We currently use AI in the following ways to support your learning experience:

  • Video and Audio Elements: Some voiceovers or animations may be generated using AI tools.
  • Spelling and Grammar Checking: AI is used during the editing process to help maintain standards of written communication for educational environments.
  • Interactive Exercises: Certain activities, such as chatbot-based learning simulations or practice conversations, are powered by AI.

What Is Not AI-Generated

All course content, lessons, structure, and instructional material have been developed by Ken McMaster, HMA’s Director and Principal Trainer. Ken brings decades of professional experience to the course design, ensuring content that is evidence-informed, contextually relevant, and grounded in practice.

We do not use AI to generate:

  • Course curricula
  • Learning objectives or assessments
  • Theoretical frameworks or applied learning models
  • Any of the instructional content or resources provided in our eLearns

Specific AI Tools used

The specific tools we use are the following (but not limited to):

  • Anthropic API / Claude
  • Grammarly
  • HeyGen
  • Google Gemini
  • ElevenLabs

Our Commitment

HMA Learn is committed to the responsible, ethical use of AI. Where AI is used, it is:

  • Reviewed and monitored by our human team
  • Used only to enhance, not replace, authentic learning design
  • Fully disclosed so learners can make informed decisions
