Refund Policy

HMA is committed to delivering high-quality, self-paced online learning experiences through our LMS platform – HMA Learn. If your course doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help within reasonable and fair use guidelines.

1. 7-Day refund window for self-paced courses purchased through the web store

If you have changed your mind or it is not right for you, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for self-paced courses, provided the course hasn’t been substantially used. This means:

  • Less than 20% of the course has been completed
  • No completion certificate has been issued
2. No Refunds After Significant Use

We are unable to offer refunds if:

  • You have moved through more than 20% of the course content
  • You have accessed the full course or downloaded key materials
  • A certificate of completion has been issued

This ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of the learning experience.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, offer a remedy.

For the best experience with our eLearns, you will need a current and up-to-date browser with cookies enabled. An internet connection is required.

We recommend using Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Safari if on Mac). A small number of our courses use SCORM-based technology that is not fully compatible with the Firefox browser. Compatibility requirements are noted on each course’s product page and are visible before purchase. Please check these before purchasing to ensure you can access the course on your browser.

4. Discounted or Bundled Offers

Courses purchased as part of a promotion, bundle, or discounted package may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and email used for purchase
  • Course name
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
